In the center of the Marche region you can taste fine food made with ancient techniques of production, and quality products raised or grown in our pristine hills; from creamy sausage Ciauscolo, the characteristics cold cuts, the sweet wine “Vino Cotto” to the characteristic olive oil “Piantone di Mogliano”.

The olive tree is one of the most typical tree species of the Mediterranean area since 2,400 years this crop is growing successfully in our country.

The Piantone di Mogliano tree is low vegetative vigor with erect posture and content and fill discreetly hills across the province of Macerata.Our olive tree growers make this “our” a quality product to maintain the old traditions gathered in a Treaty of 1789 by writer Giuseppe Carnili.The oil is delicate, harmonious and balanced with color tends to yellow light green shades. It has a light fruity with pleasant herbal notes, combined with hints of apple, tomato and almond.
It is an oil that is suitable to be used raw, to exalt, without cover, the flavor of delicate dishes..
